Laboratories, Centers and Study and Research Groups

The College of History has laboratories, research centers and study groups, whose relationship with PPGH is fundamental to the extent that these spaces contribute to the performance of academic research, relying on professors of the Program who coordinate them. The laboratories, according to UFG, are spaces for multi-user studies and research, have a defined routine operation and are certified by the Office of the Pro Dean of Research and Innovation. By research center, the University comprises groups of researchers organized institutionally, with registration at CNPq. As for the study groups, they are more informal, although very effective in the academic life of PPGH and FH; they congregate graduate and undergraduate students around themes of study of the coordinators' research projects.
